I found Kensington Nails & Spa through their Instagram. The photos were beautiful, the work was clearly top notch, and they obviously had a loyal following. Then I clicked over to their website and it was like a different business entirely. Hard to navigate, cluttered, completely invisible on mobile. The kind of site that makes people second-guess whether to book.
What I wanted to bring
Take that same energy from their Instagram and bring it to the screen. Clean layout, calm colors, and one job: make it easy to see what they offer and book an appointment.
